About the Founder — Brenda Halliday, ARNP

Brenda Halliday, ARNP, is the founder and visionary behind Touch of Tox Aesthetics and Wellness. With over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine, Brenda developed a deep understanding of the human body, acute care, and the importance of precision in every medical decision. After years in the fast-paced ER environment, she felt called to create something that aligned with her values — a business that allows her to care for people in a more personal, preventative, and empowering way.

Transitioning into aesthetics provided Brenda with the freedom and flexibility to be present with her family while pursuing her passion for helping others look and feel their best. As a proud Coeur d’Alene native, she is deeply rooted in the community and dedicated to bringing cutting-edge, alternative, and preventative medicine to North Idaho — all at an affordable price.

Brenda’s journey into integrative and functional health began after losing her father and aunt to cancer and watching other loved ones struggle with the side effects of traditional treatments. This experience ignited her desire to seek better, more holistic ways to support the body’s natural healing abilities.

She has since become passionate about treating chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions, believing that many of these issues stem from underlying imbalances rather than random immune dysfunction. As she often says:

“God did not make mistakes — our bodies were designed to heal. We don’t just wake up one day in our 40s and suddenly start attacking ourselves.”

At Touch of Tox Aesthetics, Brenda combines her medical background with her belief in the body’s innate ability to restore itself. By utilizing ozone, oxygen, and other regenerative therapies, she helps clients take a proactive approach to wellness and longevity.

When she’s not in the clinic, Brenda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children — twin boys and a daughter — embracing all the beauty that North Idaho has to offer.
